I love romantic love songs and the song I Knew I Know You by Savage Garden is one of my all-time faves. When this song became popular in the late 1990′s, I was not that into watching the MTV channel (where most music videos were played) and YouTube was still inexistent so do to say, I just got the opportunity to catch it`s official video today. LOL!
I know the song`s melody and lyrics and know its video as well. So often that I`m sharing it now with you. Sing with me? I Knew I Love You by Savege Garden Lyrics and Video
Hmm ohh, I will come
Maybe it`s intuition
Somethings you simply don`t question
Like in your eyes, I see my future in an instant
And thither it goes, I reckon I`ve found my better friend
I recognize that it might sound
More than a little crazy
But I believe
I knew I loved you before I met you
I suppose I dreamed you into life
I knew I loved you before I met you
I have been waiting all my life
There`s simply no verse or reason
Only a feel of completion
And in your eyes, I see the missing pieces
I`m searching for, I reckon I`ve found my way home
I recognize that it might sound
More than a little crazy
But I believe
I knew I loved you before I met you
I suppose I dreamed you into life
I knew I loved you before I met you
I have been waiting all my life
Ooh hoo ooo, hoo hoo ooo ohh
A thousand angels dance round you
(Ooh hoo, hoo ooo hoo ooo hoo hoo hoo)
I am complete now that I have ground you
I knew I loved you before I met you
I suppose I dreamed you into life
I knew I loved you before I met you
I have been waiting all my life
I knew I loved you before I met you
I suppose I dreamed you into life
I knew I loved you before I met you
I have been waiting all my life
I knew I loved you before I met you, I knew I loved you
(Ooh hoo ooo, hoo hoo ooo)
I knew I loved you before I met you, I knew I loved you
(Ooh hoo ooo, hoo hoo hoo)
I knew I loved you before I met you
(Oh oh, ohh ohh, oh oh oh ay ay yea oh)
I knew I loved you before I met you, I knew I loved you
I knew I loved you before I met you
By the way, this call is my introduction to this week`s Music Monday.
