Savage Garden was a pop duo Australian who won international acclaim after many years. The set was formed by Darren Hayes (vocals) and Daniel Jones (piano, synthesizer, guitar).
In 1993 , the multi-instrumentalist and producer Daniel Jones placed an ad in the local newspaper "Time Off" in Brisbane, Australia looking for a singer for his five-piece band Red Edge.
